Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum), Blessed Thistle leaf (Cnicus benedictus), Chaste Tree berry (Vitex agnus-castus), and Motherwort leaf (Leonurus cardiaca), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water.

Restorative Tonic: Take 30 to 60 drops (1 to 2 droppersful) 3 times daily. Prevention: Take 30 drops (1 dropperful) 3 times daily. Can add to water, juice, or tea. Shake well.
