Chaste Tree fresh-dried berry (Vitex agnus-castus), Black Cohosh fresh-dried root (Cimicifuga racemose), Motherwort fresh flowers (Leonorus cardiaca), Black Haw fresh-dried root bark (Viburnum prunifolium), Cramp Bark fresh-dried bark (Viburnum opulus), Skullcap fresh flowering herb (Scutellaria laterifolia), Ginger fresh root (Zingiber officinale), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water.

Restorative Tonic: Take 30 to 60 drops (1 to 2 droppersful) 3 times daily. Prevention: Take 30 drops (1 dropperful) 3 times daily. Can add to water, juice, or tea. Shake well.
